2006 TNG- 49cc - Fuel wont flow to carb - Please help

Postby michels280 » Sun May 22, 2016 9:42 pm

I have a 2006 TNG 49cc. I have a new battery, spark, a new fuel valve (this model is is attached to the bottom of the tank, and gas. I cannot get the gas to go down the fuel line to the carb. I replaced the fuel valve, thinking it was bad, but no change. I've tried to blow into the vacuum side - nothing can go in. Sucking tht side doenst do anything either. I can, however, blow air into the tank from popping the fuel line off the carb and blowing. I cant, however, get gas to flow in it by sucking the gas line that goes into the tank. I'm very confused. PLEASE HELP!!!

Check that you haven`t fitted the fuel valve the wrong way around . Also check that the vacuum line to the carb inlet isn`t blocked . Finally check that the fuel cap breather hole isn`t blocked .
