Peugeot Kisbee engine rebuild options

Hi, I'm new around here so first of hello and thanks in advance for any advice.

I have just purchased a Peugeot Kisbee 50cc 2013 as a non runner with 4000 km on the clock , I have stripped it down to find the crank bearing on the variator side has failed , depositing bits of metal into the sump oil, With only 4000 km on the engine there is no obvious wear to the bore and piston, Can I get away with new bearings and seals or is it likely that some fine metal could of found it's way into the big end bearing

The other option is replacing the crank with an aftermarket Naraku crank is not that straight forward as although the engine is a GY6 139QMB it has an -E on the end with leads to some differences the first is the gudgeon pin on my scooter is 10mm in diameter, non OE cranks have a 13mm gudgeon pin so I would also need to change the piston ( the oil pump drive is the same 16T) , Other differences include 71mm valves , and the cam carrier is part of the cylinder head
